South Photo Tour
Taking in five different stops over approximately 4 hours, our safari through the south of Lanzarote will see you pointing your camera at volcanoes, stunning ocean views and vineyards.
Starting off in the mountains with an incredible view across the whole Natural Park Los Volcanes we will continue crossing this unique area and we will head into the heart of the National Park Los Volcanes, to experience the petrified lava – a real treat for creative photographers!
You will experience wonderful views of the salt “mines” and Los Hervideros (so-called because the waves crashing into the volcanic cliffs and open caves resemble boiling water).
To conclude the tour we will guide you through incredible mosaic scenery of the unusual Lanzarote´s vineyards – protected landscapes where local Bodegas cultivate the island’s
unique varieties of wine.

The duration of the tour includes the transfers – it starts and finishes at the point we pick you up from.
I like taking photos on holiday but like many I bought a camera that I didn't really know how to use...all that has changed forever...thanks to Toni... you are taken to great locations but in a small group. We couldn't do the trip because of cloudy weather at the first appointment, but Antonia offered us to postpone the tour a few days later. Due to the Corona situation, we were only 3 people including our guide Antonia. It worked out well then amd we made a lot of different stops and took some amazing pictures under Antonina´s advices. It was a great experience, because we got lots of information about the island, too. We even laughed a lot. We definitely recommend the tour.

I had the most fantastic time with Toni having a tour of the South and taking pictures. She is knowledgeable about the area and is a professional when it comes to photography. I am a complete novice but she helped me so much to understand my camera and what to get out of it. The company was fantastic as she is such a lovely, easy going, enthusiastic lady. Over my visits to Lanzarote I have now completed all the trips with Photo Safari Lanzarote and the delightful Toni. Each trip has been great fun and Toni has given me some excellent tips for improving my photography. She does know the Island and the locations very well and her expertise and enthusiasm for taking photos makes for a very enjoyable experience. Even when the clouds roll in it is still an enjoyable way to see and photograph the "other" Lanzarote. Highly recommended for any of the trips.Especially the "Ghost Ship" !!

We took this excellent photographic tour at the end of our holiday otherwise we would have booked at least one more tour with Photo Safari. We can see why these tours have received so many 5 star reviews! We were picked up from our Playa Blanca hotel and discovered that it would be just the two of us plus Toni for our South Island tour. We immediately found Toni to be a very warm, friendly and enthusiastic guide who knows the best places to visit including parts of the island we never would have discovered on our own. Toni gave us lots of interesting background information too and unlike some of the bigger tours we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at each stop and didn’t feel at all rushed or bored at any time. Sadly the day of our tour was a very cloudy day so we had no blue sky or even fluffy white clouds to enhance our photographs however we still thoroughly enjoyed our few hours and took lots of photographs. Our experience with Photo Safari has made us want to return to Lanzarote for another holiday and we will certainly be contacting this company again to photograph more areas on the island. Thank you so much Toni for an informative and very enjoyable tour.
