The duration of the tour includes the transfers – it starts and finishes at the point we pick you up from.
We booked Toni for a short private excursion for our family of 5. We wanted to revisit Mount Timanfya park and also Fundacion Cesar Manrique but didn't want to join group tours and knew with a private tour we'd be able to combine both places and dictate our own pace. Booking with Toni was very easy and she replied quickly to all our questions. I went on the north tour and enjoyed every minute of it Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. At the end of this trip I booked a south tour also very well run with plenty of help. After this I booked a private tour to try some filter shots and night shots again Tony was very helpful, never rushing me to move on or to finish trip booked from 4pm until 8 pm we finished about 9- 30. I would give these guys six stars if possible. We saw the WHOLE island. We did it at the beginning of our trip which was great because we could then weed out any places we weren't too impressed by! This is a must do for anyone who enjoys taking photos and I'm so glad we went! Best way to see the island. Six stars if I could.

Whether you are a photographer or not, exploring the island with these people is amazing. I am a professional photographer and during my vacations I left my family one day at the hotel to give me a "photographic whim" and to investigate the island. What a great success! If I got to know them before, I would have done all the family excursions with them (they have a comfortable 8-seater van). I don't know whether to recommend them as local guides, as accessible and comfortable transportation (I almost rented a car that would have cost me more and would have been worse) or as a vital experience. The point is, I enjoyed myself like a dwarf. Tony knows all the secrets of the island and, being able to decide how long to spend in each place and even the order in which to go, the stress dissipated as fast as the hours. I have to say that I also did organized trips contracted with a travel agency (the family did not want to "take risks" and we hired them before going to the island). The comparison is that in them you spend more time collecting or returning tourists to their hotels, and visiting shopping areas, than seeing what you want to see. There is no color. I wish there was such a service at every site I visit. I'm serious.
